Hearth Restaurant & Lounge: what do users think?

Katie Edmonds: Thank you for an incredible experience celebrating my mums 70th birthday! Tanya and the team made our whole experience at Hearth and the Ritz so incredibly special and we are so grateful. We were completely blown away by their kindness and thoughtfulness, surprising mum with a beautiful card and present on the day, cake at Songbird, then again with mimosas and a framed photograph of our group at breakfast. I wish I knew all of their names but to Tanya, Ha, Dani, Viva, Haven, Faida and Neelam, thank you!!

Narkisska Spruce: We had an early dinner service from the a la carte menu. Each item on the menu had an element with the signature smokey, hearth cook and flavour. The chef elegantly fused European flavours with native, especially WA, ingredients. The waitstaff and kitchen were very accommodating with a shellfish allergy and ensuring any food prepped were safely sharable with the whole table. We were especially appreciative of our waiter Nikola who was patient and knowledgeable with us, helping make the perfect wine pairing for our meals with multiple wine recommendation and tastings throughout the service.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated shellfish/crustacean allergy

Ketki Bedekar: The food - I didn't care so much about the Entre

James Conti: Visiting Hearth at the Ritz Carlton was an experience that transcended the ordinary, transforming a simple coffee break into a luxurious pause in the day. The Ritz Carlton, known for its embodiment of luxury and nobility, extends these qualities into every cup served at Hearth. From the moment the aromatic coffee graced my lips, all cares seemed to vanish, replaced by an overwhelming sense of grace, splendor, and the kind of happiness that only comes from sipping excellently crafted coffee.Hearth is not just about serving coffee; it's about serving moments of pure joy and testament to the simple pleasures that make life truly worth living. The baristas, with their friendly smiles and expert hands, invite each guest to pause, reflect, and connect, turning the act of drinking coffee into an art form. Every sip of their meticulously brewed coffee feels like a moment of bliss, providing the strength to tackle daily challenges and the inspiration to chase dreams. Moreover, Hearth becomes a bridge between worlds – a place where artists find their muse, writers their next story, and conversations flow as freely as the coffee poured. Each visit feels like a celebration of life, embracing the day with unmatched passion and enthusiasm. To anyone who finds themselves at the Ritz Carlton, a stop at Hearth is a must. It's not just a coffee bar; it's a sanctuary for the soul, where every cup tells a story, every sip is a memory, and every visit leaves a mark on your heart. Thank you, Hearth, for turning a simple pleasure into an unforgettable experience. I, along with my companions, look forward to our next visit, eager to once again immerse ourselves in the unparalleled ambiance and excellence you offer.

Amy Dansey: Having dined at Hearth,I can confidently say it was an exceptional culinary experience. it’s definitely worth trying the tasting menu with the lamb and duck absolutely beautiful.Chef Brian's dishes are outstanding, blending fresh local ingredients with innovative flair. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

Jareezah Perez: was very shocking, and the food became hard to see.Florian was extremely polite, nice and accommodating. I commend his humble personality, and he made lots of good adjustments and recommendations for me and my partner. He was a very good person, and I don't think it's far for him to be successful.

Nigel Parr: Exceptional level of service and the food and atmosphere was heavenly. Wife was even given a red rose and a framed picture of us both as we were leaving. Beautiful experienceDietary restrictions: Accomodated allergies with professionalism and understanding.

Nobu: what do users think?

Ian Kemp: But the food....

Andrea Pragnell: Shaine our waitress was absolutely amazing and attentive. She made our evening very pleasant and memorable. She designed our degustation meal from the a la carte menu which we couldn’t fault at all. The service and food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making our 17th wedding anniversary a memorable celebration. Andrea & Lee Pragnell

Scott Harvey: Highly recommended food was delicious as always. A major stand out was when the floor manager was able to get the bar to make an off the menu cocktail for me. Once on the menu but no longer, the Kyoto Syrup Whisky cocktail was fantastic. It made my night that he could accommodate my request. Couldn't be happier..by the way you need to put this drink back on the menu. Will be back again.

Briony Drummond: We had the chefs choice omakase menu which included 8 dishes. Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Every dish was explained to us in detail as they came out. Being a fine dining restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by some of the sizes of the dishes that came out, they were a bit more substantial than I originally would have thought. The service was faultless, very attentive and hospitable. It is very expensive but I would recommend coming here for the experience.

Steam Wharf456: Such an incredible experience took my girlfriend there for her birthday last night. Staff was super friendly and made the night enjoyable. The food is put of this world. I recommend getting sushi as well just to add the experience. Desert was incredible I highly recommend the lava cake oh my......you can't get any better than that. Will definitely return soon!

Balthazar: what do users think?

Amanda Susilo: must order beef fillet!!

ET763: A dark lit, art deco, hidden gem in the heart of the CBD offering a romantic, intimate dining atmosphere. Well suited to both a business engagement or a hot date night. The aroma of high grade beef fillet cooking was definitive from the street. There is indeed an exceptional collective of local & imported wine on offer for those who indulge themselves in the finer things in life. It is a busy eatery, so bookings are essential. After dining here, I see why that is. The 2006 Franklin River Cabernet Merlot was a dusty bottle selection and paired exceptionally well with the beef fillet. The Mahi-Mahi was an exciting exotic treat rarely seen as a fish of the day on Perth fine dining lineups. I ordered every dessert on the menu and understand now why Nigella herself pins Balthazar Perth as her favorite spot in Western Australia. Bravo to the team, you are running a tight ship. It is rare to find a restaurant in Perth that even decanter’s the wine, so we are proud to have you here. The kitchen is the real star of the show here with our waiter forgetting the ingredients when delivering our plates, however the steak was perfect, the mash hard to fault & the drizzle superb. Simplistic dining at a fine level. Bravo Balthazar, a perfect Thursday date night for us. I look forward to dining with you again soon and thank you for raising the level of cuisine in my much loved city. Congratulations to the chef for what you have executed here. I get it. 👌

Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth: what do users think?

Lewis Liew: Hot starter was good.Lincoln charred prawns was done beautifully. Full or flavour and tenderly soft.Steak was done beautifully - medium rare.Mash purée was excellent. Love the smooth and buttery texture.

Maritza Van Straaten: makes it even harder to be pleased, usually. However this time was different.Myself & a friend decided last min to go out and to enjoy a night out, when arriving all restaurants was fully booked and the waiting lists was endless. On our arrival at Rockpool, one member from the floor came up to assist us, while the other lady was seeing guests to their table, we were told that it’s fully booked and unfortunately they can’t help us, I asked if maybe we can go on a waiting list or just sit at the bar, enjoy drinks and maybe something will become available, but there was no guarantee. While enjoying drinks at the bar the lady who showed the guests to their table, approached us and out of the blue offered us a table, which became available. Without even talking to her before, she made sure she knows what’s happening on the floor and did her best to help us. She truly went above and beyond. She told us her name was “Ann” so I would really like to thank her once again, she did amazing!! I wish there were more staff, that would go the extra mile, like her - these days it’s hard to find. Your lucky to have her on your team!! Please pass out gratitude on to her…if she can’t remember - just tell her it was Sunday evening….the girl who called her “hun” and she couldn’t understand how come we know her by name “Ann” a bit of a confusion there 😂

It is pricey but a nice treat to yourself.Vegetarian options: Make sure you ask for the Vegan menu - they have some great choices for vegans/vegetarians.

Leif Huru: Just writing this makes me hungry and wanna go back again.Amazing experience from the beginning to the end!! You will be seeing me again very soon

Andly Private Kitchen: what do users think?

Alain Fabregues: Last night I had the most wonderful diner at Andly’s kitchen in Oxford Lane west Leederville. The chef is a talented and creative individual. All the dishes were new to me and exciting, the tastes the textures and the presentation was second to none. The place seats only 24 guests and it takes time to get a booking there but it is really worth the wait. I loved every dishes and I am not easily impressed but last night I was above impressed . I will be back …. A lot.

J: I’ve been here several years before, the food is still amazing same as before!!!!Their service is gorgeous, can remember whether you can eat spicy or not and provide amazing food!!!Parking: It is paid street parking, but it is free after 6pm probably

Melissa Kueh: I’ve finally made my way to Andly Private Kitchen in West Leederville.I enjoyed every single dish that was served. The service is exceptional! The dishes as below:🐟Salmon Tartare🐓Chicken breast🐑Lamb cutletAbalone rice Lobster BisqueRaspberry and coconut mouse

Cam Ran: Was lucky enough to have my partner book this for a date night. Very quaint little space in West Perth, with an intimate dining space, that oddly feels familiar, like hugs from Grandma. The door was opened for us upon arrival, and we were seated quickly. The dining room held a longtable down the middle like a Viking longhall, with space for some smaller, more intimate tables down one side. An open kitchen allows you to watch things be plated and dressed if your date is uninteresting, mine however was top notch, of course... she'll probably read this.... Special and intimate. The service is close by and attentive, without hovering, although one of our servers could be clumsy filling tea cups and placing the cutlery on their holder's... to be honest, I had trouble with that too, so no biggie.Very pleased with the food, a couple of real special dishes, Here's your tip, we really should have taken a bottle or two of wine with us... nextime Gadget... The highlight for me was the House speciality; Snow Crab in Lager sauce, wish I could buy the sauce, as I could definitely chug it like I'm in a Maple Syrup sculling competition. Other worthy dishes were Budda jump over the wall, with pan seared scallops, was just piped by the snowcrab, and the Prawn stuffed Squid, oh oh oh, and the duck pancakes were pretty decent too. Overall, a lovely space where I shared some beautiful food with beautiful company. Thank you

Bistro Guillaume: what do users think?

zane shepherd: Enjoyed a birthday lunch here.Lovely place with nice decor .Entree and main course came on time unfortunately they forgot one of our desserts. So after we’d waited 15Mins after the other dessert was served we cancelled. That was the only slight hiccup, apart from that all good.

bec gilday: We dined at Guillaume during our stay crown and it was just lovely from start to finish. At booking, I requested a table by the window - overlooking the gardens and pool - that’s exactly what we got! We ordered the Steak Tartare, the Cheese Soufflé, the Lamb Shoulder to share and a small side of Paris Mash. Every dish was divine! The Tartare was light, zingy and fresh. The Soufflé was creamy and decadent, seasoned perfectly. The shared Lamb and Paris Mash together was the absolute highlight though, the lamb was falling off the bone to complete perfection. The meat was juicy, tender, peppery and soaked right in to the Mash on your plate. Even the accompanying salad that comes automatically with the Lamb was brilliant - pearl couscous, capsicum, rocket etc.We tried x1 wine that wasn’t the best pairing in hindsight - But nothing could take away from the food anyway!

Wesley White: Good food , good service , good French WineAshley waitress was very helpful

Cathy-Lee Chopping: Stunning restaurant and delicious meals. We had a wonderful night and the steaks were just divine.Parking: It's inside the casino complex. Plenty of parking and accessibility.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a gradual ramp down into the restaurant from the hotel.

Dan Gasper: I’ve been here twice in the last month, and both times it has been fantastic. The menu has a lot of great options, so much so that it is hard to choose. Mostly French-style options. The wine and drink list is suitably extensive that there’s something for everyone and something that matches all the menu options. The atmosphere is lovely. From the entrance to the seating, the style is consistent and pleasant. Matches the fine dinning aesthetic nicely. The food was very good, and I couldn’t find a fault. Though pricey, I think it’s warranted. Many of the options show that a lot of work has been put into preparing them with high quality ingredients.Staff and service is top notch. Very attentive and warm. We felt really well looked after.I would recommend this venue for a nice intimate dinner.

Kallista Pocock: The bread and butter is so delicious. You have to get it! The roast chicken was a bit dry but apparently it’s usually very tender. The mash potato is seriously the best thing you will ever taste. The greens are tasty and the strawberry soufflé was great. Food overall amazing except for the chicken being dry. Ordered a mocktail and a cocktail to our table. I really enjoyed the mocktail but apparently the cocktail was not a favourite. Service was awesome, they are anticipating your needs and filling up your water just before you finish it. Has become one of my favourite restaurants, but is on the pricier side.
