TramTank4001: Took two clocks, one a Wedgewood, and the other a Beleek, to Clockworks. The gentleman carefully removed the mechanism from the china, and using tools, carefully removed the old corroded batteries. After investigation, he got both working very well, even after my many years of leaving the batteries to happily corrode away. So I'm very satisfied indeed, and have learnt my lesson! Replace the batteries as soon as they run out of electrons! I highly recommend this clock repairer to anyone who appreciates lovely clocks.
Russell Hobbs: Our 13 year old Dachluhr Vienna regulator in a wall clock case was in need of a service as it was no longer chiming, and was sometimes being stopped by the fingers jamming together. Phillip Kealley did a wonderful job getting the clock back into working perfectly again. It is now a month after it was returned from servicing and it has not had any more problems at all.
