Unbreakable PT Studio: I completed the Advanced First Aid and Oxygen therapy courses with trainer Jess. I've been in the fitness industry for 13 years so have completed Basic First Aid many times and the Advanced First Aid once before at RTS in 2020. I have to say Jess is by far the best first aid trainer I have ever encountered. She was professional, articulate and confident, with real life experience as a paramedic in London. She also did very well at making the students feel comfortable to ask questions and learn in a positive environment. Honestly I would hire her to teach me those skills in public speaking 😂The course has also improved greatly since my last time in 2020. The scenarios we had to responsd to as first aiders were well considered and made to feel realistic through costume props/fake blood and Oscar worthy acting skills hahaHighly recommended.Thank you Jess and RTSP.S please give Jess a pay rise!

Repairing missing items such as mirrors and fixing items such as the cannon on the water cart, would provide a more comprehensive and realistic training environment, giving students the opportunity to practice with all features operational.Additionally, I would like to highlight a minor logistical aspect. The suggested road for access to the training facility, unfortunately, isn't sealed, which could potentially pose inconveniences, especially during inclement weather conditions. In light of this, I recommend Australian Training Management to consider promoting Old Yanchep Road as the primary access route. Its improved condition would facilitate smoother and safer travel for all participants, ensuring a hassle-free journey to the training site.Overall, my experience with Australian Training Management was nothing short of exceptional. Their commitment to delivering top-notch training and fostering a supportive learning environment is commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend their courses to anyone looking to enhance their skills in the heavy machinery operation domain.Kudos to Australian Training Management for their dedication to excellence, and a heartfelt thanks to Priscilla for her outstanding guidance throughout the course!I will definitely go through ATM again when I require further training.

Dianne Pearce: I haven’t been to school since 1981 and just achieved TAE40116 Cert IV.Aveling provided specialty Learner workshops and support, I recommend anyone attempting this Qual use them. All staff were very kind and Trainer Assessors know the qualification inside and out. They also provided support outside of normal hours as I work FIFO and can’t be in two places at once but understood the difficulties.Special thanks to Alka Jain, Tarnya Roberts and Anne Seager for keeping me focused.
