Nick G: DreamStart Homes has helped us get into our first home and assisted with any problems on the way from start to finish. We had requoting issues and managed to sort out pricing with no dramas, we had spotted some small issues along the course of the build and they were rectified fast. Whenever we had questions we had a reply within a reasonable period, usually a day or two. The products used on the build have exceeded our expectations by not selecting the upgrade packages we still have not been cut on quality. Overall happy with our build. The only downside was some delays during the build at one point, which was a sub-contractor issue and not a problem with the builder.

He had a great experience previously building with Content Living Homes. I started my building journey with MOMU Homes and met with Miss Pauline George at a display home in Alkimos. The block we picked was part diamond shaped. After a few rounds with the drawing board and we came up with a custom designed home. It took a while to build due to labour shortages at the peak of Covid. It had its challenges. However, it is worth the wait. The quality is excellent. Rendered walls, tiles from Spain. The home is adored by family and friends for its size close to 324sqm. It is The Ultimo design. We love our massive garage with a workshop. Extremely large master bedroom and ensuite. Open plan living. I could easily fit a Toyota Hilux ute and a gym in front of my hatchback. I highly recommend Miss Pauline George at Dreams Start Homes. She was with us from start to finish. Excellent customer service and we are very pleased in our new home.

Julie Rey: I was really impressed with Ross Squire Homes, they do have some beautiful homes available especially in the country style that I like, however the prices hurt a lot. I understand that the price of everything has gone up and like every other retailer their prices reflect that but honestly it's ridiculous really. If suppliers don't stop trying to rip people off then retailers are going to lose customers. Ross Squire's Web site is beautifully put together, it has lots of information, pricing, photographs and is easy to navigate.

Gwen Riseley: 5 years ago we decided to build with a RSH to lock up and to complete the build as owner builders. Wayne Beal was our consultant who walked us through the whole process and supported us with changes that we required. The tradesmen were the most professional I've seen and worked extremely hard to meet our completion requirements. During the decision process Wayne explained to us how the house was thermally effective, being cool in summer and warm in Winter. Many visitors have comments on this when they come into our home. Telford Redden: Started off amazing and I was told I could be in by June-July to then be told they can’t find a plasterer less than a week later. This hurts hard as my landlord as just put my rent up $100 per week and I’m paying interest for the house to remain untouched now for 3 weeks. They have now received a large bulk of my mortgage and any delay feels like a simple price increase on the overall purchase price. Please WA let’s have sunset clauses for future protection. My review is up for improvement pending some action guys.Edit 07/04/23My latest update was work would recommence on 05/04/23 but it seems I have been let down again and the property remains needing a plasterer. Wondering why work outside can not start rather having the build held up on all levels.Edit 07/06/23 up to 3 stars now.Things are moving much smoother and I feel a 5 star is imminent, I will keep you updated. Just need to stop the builder’s using my power on other properties.Update I’m in my house end of August and the workmanship is great just remember to check on exclusions as part of your build. Definitely feel I made the right choice of builder.
