She didn't cut corners to speed up the consultation time, was very thorough and patient while explaining things to me and listened to my needs to make sure she provides a recommendation that fits my lifestyle habits and profession.The service staff in the store was also super helpful and tried her best to work out a way for me to maximise my health cover benefits. It's really horrible that Bupa's systems and processes made it so difficult for the store staff to serve customers, and even then, the staff in the Perth store were quick to problem solve to get to a sensible resolution and made sure I get the best outcome.5 stars for the team in Bupa Optical Perth - I took a star off because Bupa and dealing directly with Bupa systems suck equally for customers and service staff.

Replaced without question. Then three days later I stepped on the frames. Kylie arranged a repair and replacement at no costvery helpful. Kylie is a credit to the organisation.

The lady at BUPA OPTICAL found it and called JBHIFI to provide receipt number. JB HIFI contacted me and I was able to get it back from Bupa Optical at st George st. So sorry I didn’t ask the name of that lady, but she worked on Sunday 3 Sep in the bupa optical shop. Really appreciate it!

Simply sent an email, and they were happy to let me return the glasses for value return back onto my Bupa cover, or exchange them for a proper pair of glasses of the same value. I found the optometrist, Sonal, to be very friendly and she explained everything really well. The frames she chose out for me are great, they are so light and stylish and since using them my vision has improved significantly and have greatly reduced my eye fatigue. I also appreciated them finding a private space as I was breastfeeding so I needed to express milk during my wait. They were very kind and found me an office I could do this in. Nardia Scott: I used to go to spec-savers before coming here, and found that my prescriptions from there were never quite right as they gave me the same prescription for both eyes. Finally decided to try this OPSM after constant headaches from eye strain. The store manager was so lovely when I walked in and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I got the correct updated prescription and now when I wear my glasses I notice a great difference in my eyes, they no longer strain. The optometrist that I had also found that I had a hole in my retina as their eye testing is far more thorough than anywhere else I’ve been, and they made sure to follow up with me to make sure I knew if I needed to get it looked at further. They have always been amazing every time I go in there and I’ll never go anywhere else even though I don’t live close. They are a little more expensive however, I’d rather have peace of mind with my eyesight and know I’m in the right hands over saving a few bucks in the short term. Thank you OPSM Hay Street team, see you again!
Ethan Lee: Amazingly, when I walked in on Sunday with two broken glasses, I was greeted by a smiling lady. After looking at them she told me she could fix one of them in ten minutes, which she did. What's especially surprising is that it's free. I have to give this shop review, it feels so good to see the world clearly again!

I don’t think I’ve been able to see this clearly for years. My glasses are crystal clear and my new frames are really cool too. The team all chipped in to help me choose frames that suited my face and my particular prescription and were really meticulous and helpful with getting the right glasses for me. They looked after me so much. I really recommend Knapp. They came to me through another recommendation from another customer. I’ll be a customer for life. Being able to see clearly and being understood when you have difficulties during an eye test and struggle to find the right frames and lenses to suit is something all optometrists should aim for but they don’t always.. Nachdem wir meine Schritte verfolgt hatten, fanden wir sie zerquetscht und beschädigt auf der Straße, aber die Linsen waren in Ordnung! Ich habe „Marie“ in Specsavers Perth Terrace gefunden, von der ich mir sicher war, dass sie die Beste ist! Nun, in meinen Augen ist sie das auf jeden Fall, da sie sie wieder wie neu repariert hat! Ich habe sie noch einmal überprüft und perfekt eingestellt! Danke Marie und den anderen beiden so hilfsbereiten Mädchen! Du hast meinen Tag gerettet! Was für ein exzellenter Service und erstaunlicherweise kostenlos!
lorralan: Prompter, zuvorkommender Service. Der Optiker war gründlich und das Verkaufspersonal höflich. Die beiden Brillenpaare waren in weniger als zwei Wochen fertig und der Anpassassistent war höflich und zuvorkommend.

Pablo Murray: Simply the best. When it comes to choosing frames they don't just point you to your budget range but they check how they sit , if they suit your face and if they are the correct size and shape for your script. They do their best to find frames that 'are you' and not just what you think you can afford. These guys always go the extra mile and always do right by you. I've been to others that offer buy one get one free and my lense popped out of the sunglass frame because my script was too thick for the frame. Future Vision would never allow this to happen and because of this I won't go anywhere else
