MultiCultural Language Centre: what do users think?

Mouzee Lee (Leemouzee): I registered in level 2 beginner's Spanish class. It ran for six weeks. We had a small class and it was very intimate. Nestor was an amazing Spanish teacher that taught with so much passion, enthusiasm, encouragement and patience. I have learned a lot and it felt so good to learn from a native speaker. I have been learning Spanish on Duolingo but it was so much more beneficial to take classes and learn the grammar etc systematically.I had commitment clashed with my usual class where I was able to participate in another session with another brilliant teacher from Colombia. I realised that each teach has their own teaching styles and it had been an awesome learning experience.Highly recommend for anyone interested in taking up a language!

Anthony Warnock: I've been attending Multicultural Language Centre for some time now studying Italian. I cannot stress enough how amazing the teachers are and the general vibe of the place is really friendly all round. The structure of the courses are great too! If you are thinking of learning a new language, look no further and give them a call..

Ella Stensness: I highly recommend the Multicultural Language Centre for learning Spanish.Nestor is an enthusiastic and supportive teacher. The small class sizes mean that all the students get to know each other and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. It's wonderful to be taught by an Argentinian and to hear him speak of his culture and point out the nuances of the language between different countries.

Bev Kreibich: A good course for Spanish beginners. Sebastion is a great teacher who makes the class fun and memorable

Nadia Shaw: My brother and I have done Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 through MLC, predominantly with Jessica but have had Lujan on occasion. My friend now also learns here with Lujan. Both teachers are fantastic, supportive and knowledgeable, and also so lovely. There are so many opportunities for practice within the classroom and outside too. The teachers really care and work hard to make us as fluent as possible. Highly recommend these classes To add onto this, I have now been attending MLC for a year and have reached the end of Level 5 Spanish. The support that I have had from my teacher, Nestor, and Liliana and Alessia has been incredible. This is very much a student-led centre and judgement-free zone with so much care and understanding put into your learning.

Michelle Quici: I recently attended a 6 week course for Italian Basic Level 1 and felt I have learnt the basics and look forward to the next level. Lorenzo, our teacher, was very welcoming and I hope that when I book for the next level next year, that Lorenzo will be teaching my class as it's often good to stay with who you know. All in all, a very informative class 👏

C Ashburner: Nestor is an awesome spanish teacher and makes learning interesting and a lot of fun. Really enjoyed my time talking spanish with the crew, thank you!

Caroline Jensen: I have been taking French classes with Mavra for over six months now and I feel I have made a huge amount of progress in such a short period of time; I also feel that my confidence in my French ability has increased greatly. Mavra's classes are well-structured, engaging and fun. We cover lots of current and useful topics; I feel I'm not only increasing my knowledge of French language, but also my knowledge in areas such as literature, film, music, politics and linguistics. Thank you to Mavra and the team!

Lisa Desmond: Excellent knowledge, and teaching skills. Mavra has helped improve my confidence in learning and speaking French. Individual training courses are available and the timetable was adapted to suit my FIFO roster. I highly recommend the classes.

Tara Miaread: I have thoroughly enjoyed being in Mavra's french class. I started in the level 1 beginners class for tourists and I'm already in the level 4 class. Mavra is an exceptional teacher who meets her class where they're at. I wish I had Mavra as my french teacher in school!

Bryan Summers: Loved learning French with Mavra. It isn’t your typical classroom experience as Mavra uses a variety of learning techniques to help everything land in one way or another. I also really appreciated the community aspect of the school which made it easier to make friends and get to know other classmates.

Tim Verne: Small, informal and friendly classes make for a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Instructors are patient and friendly, and I very much look forward to the weekly class. Still a long way to go, but am feeling increasingly confident in the French language!

M Cooney: I have been doing french classes with Mavra for 3-4 years. She is an amazing teacher and classes are always so much fun. I would sincerely recommend this centre to anyone wanting to have a good time learning a language.

Ivan Alberto Mota Sanchez: This is an excellent place where I could find a challenge for my brain. I’m studying French and started from zero since May. The environment is very friendly to learn at your own pace.

Logan Dongray: I have been attending MLC for 3 years learning French and have enjoyed the entire process. The weekend conversation classes with Mavra have been great. A casual chat over coffee is the perfect setting for making language learning enjoyable!

Laura Aylwin: Been taking french here with Mavra for around 3-4 years. It is honestly one of the best places to learn french as they range from beginner levels to close to native speaker. Mavra is honestly one of the best french teachers I have ever had. Her knowledge of the french language as well as lessons on different francophone cultures is amazing. Her lessons are extremely useful and she explains things in a way you can understand and also how / when it is used in French. She is also extremely patient and encourages us to speak french in a positive environment where it is okay to make a few errors. She also tailors her lessons to the students and their needs. I would definitely recommend taking french here as well as any of the other languages they teach.

Shelley: I thoroughly enjoy my French classes with Mavra at the Multicultural Language Centre. She is an enthusiastic, engaging and friendly teacher who is very supportive. Her lessons are designed to suit the skill levels of the students in her classes, which means we get a lot out of them. The small class sizes mean that all the students get to know each other and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. It's wonderful to be taught by a native French speaker who puts the language into context - how the French really speak French! I am in my fourth course with Mavra and I highly recommend the Multicultural Language Centre for learning French.

Marina de la Fuente: Great place to learn a new language! In my case I had the wonderful Mavra as my french teacher and not only I improved my french skills considerably, I also had a great time doing so! The classes are very practical and flexible, not necessarily following the material at all times but accommodating to the students needs.

Studio Thimbles - sewing classes Perth: what do users think?

Angelina Lazakar: I did the beginners class and I had zero experience but the desire to start up a new hobby. The best part about this course is that everything is provided so I could just bring myself and learn everything as I go. From the first class onwards, there’s a sense of accomplishment because I made something! The teachers are all very knowledgeable and friendly. It was the highlight of my Friday nights and something I looked forward too every week.

Derya Erkut: Learning to sew is very fun and comfortable for me. Olga is very helpful and teaches many tricks. Also, I feel very lucky in the course.

Hannah Brayshaw: I cannot recommend Studio Thimbles more highly. In the Level 1 course, I went from absolute beginner to sewing my cushion cover, tote bag and even a skirt - which is actually professional enough to wear! All fabrics and machines provided in a airy, bright and welcoming studio. I went at my own pace, and never felt rushed. Small groups, and an instructor who was always right there for help, tips, and encouragement, made the course easy and the projects achievable. Olga owns and runs the studio, and even gave me a one-to-one catch-up session when I missed the first week. I loved how supportive and personal this course was, and I am looking forward to starting the Level 2 course.

Melissa Gardiner: Having just completed the sewing courses for levels 1, 2 and 3, I can highly recommend Studio Thimbles. Among other highlights, the equipment is top notch, the creations are personally tailored and provide an opportunity to learn and master key sewing skills and, most importantly, the teachers are great - we were lucky enough to score the knowledgeable, friendly and patient, Daniela. If you’re interested in learning, refreshing or advancing your sewing skills in a fun and relaxing environment, Studio Thimbles is the place to go!

Theresa Khorshid: My 2 daughters had a school holiday session with Olga. She was amazing- they have come home with a beautiful skirt, scrunchies, and a ton more confidence about making something. The studio has so many machines, and they loved the day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

TN D: I had such a great time at the beginners sewing course. Thank you!Denise was excellent and very funny.I am so happy with my creations and can’t wait to create more!

Si Xian: and my teacher was Daniela. She is approachable and willing to share her knowledge. Studio Thimbles is a great place to take the first step towards sewing, a life skill that is also very rewarding. ☺️

Daniel Richards: It's great! Highly recommended for anyone interested in sewing. The classes are really well structured, so you're not only learning new things, but also reinforcing your existing knowledge, and you end up with your own awesome creations at the end of it. I've thoroughly enjoyed completing the first level, and looking forward to the next one 🙂

resery1: and now feel so much more confident in my ability to follow simple patterns to make my own clothes. I started the course not even knowing how to thread a sewing machine and now I proudly wear the top and pants that I made. The course is laid out in such a way that you learn a new skill with each project, whilst continuing to practice and put into place the skills you learnt the previous week

Elena Nayko: Thanks for such great and friendly sewing classes. As the beginner, I learned a lot about a sewing machine and basic techniques. So now I can make basic clothes alterations at home without any issues.Highly recommend!!!

Denise Hynd: As an older self taught sewer I learnt some new things and Denise was very accommodating of my different approach to to others!

Gai Newbury: Loved, loved my experience at Studio Thimbles, Beginners Sewing Course Level one. Being very much a novice, Olga gave me the confidence to use a sewing machine without "kangarooing" too much!! And Olga's practical advice with buying a sewing machine gave me the confidence to buy my own which in itself can be very overwhelming. Olga's hacks and tips just made learning to sew simple and easy and being in a small group gave Olga more time to help with the frequent questions! Thanks Olga!

Ree Anderson: Olga and Daniela are patient and knowledgeable sewing teachers to help first time sewers to gain confidence with a sewing machine. The classes are well planned and offered in small group sizes allowing one on one instruction and guidance. I learned so much from the beginner class, now I have 4 projects in fun fabric as well the basics to continue sewing.

Lorna Stewart: I look forward to my sewing classes each week. Olga is kind and caring and encourages us at every step, I learn so much from her. All you need for your creations is provided in the first class.I have learned to make cushion covers, aprons, skirts, tops, dresses, trousers and am now making classic Peter Alexander style pj’s complete with piping! These classes have given me confidence to make my own clothes from patterns at home and skills I have learnt have allowed me to fit my own clothes to myself better. I also have confidence using a sewing machine and overlocker.

Rupinder Kaur: Amazing teachers and great environment. Thank you Olga, Denise and Daniela for making my learning journey a wonderful one! I highly recommend Studio Thimbles.

Alison McCrystal: Phenomenal experience for a rookie sewer, and that I certainly am!The class atmosphere is fun and encouraging. No questions are daft and there are no mishaps here, they are just learning experiences in which to gain confidence from. Will be booking myself into L2 for sure 😋

N Krahe: My daughter had the most wonderful day learning to sew with Olga! She said they were having so much fun the day flew by and they didn’t want to stop for lunch, just keep sewing! Olga’s patience and enthusiasm inspired her so much she is now sewing at home and her new skills and confidence means she is successfully making things on her own. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The WA Performance School: what do users think?

Jasmine: WAPS has brought happiness and enjoyment into the sport I pursued for 14 years of my childhood. After years of toxic studio environments, I am finally able to dance for myself, and I feel amazing doing it. I now have confidence in myself again.Thankyou WAPS for providing a safe environment for people of all ages to dance in.

Izzy Forrest: so glad i found this school for my daughters.Teachers who genuinely care about the childrenLooking at the adult classes for myself one day

Anne-Maree Ferguson: Teachers take the time to connect with students individually. It’s a strong dance community that welcomes all skill levels. Performance and leadership opportunities are excellent as students progress.

Shona Vice: I contacted WAPS about their Crazy Circus party at fairly short notice in a bit of a panic as i had a group of 22 kids and nothing for them to do on a forecasted rainy party day. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady who very quickly managed to settle everything finding us an entertainer even at a few days notice. She was helpful, kind and willing to answer many questions. The day of the party we met with out entertainer and the kids had a wonderful time playing games, doing tricks, learning new things like juggling and dancing. Their dance routine at the end was wonderful and our daughter was made to feel so special. She says that it was the best party ever.Even though it was geared towards the older kids my 2 year old son had a wonderful time joining in and was treated with care and kindness.Overall we are so happy to have found this place it made things so much easier and the kids had a great time and the parents thought it a great idea.I would highly recommend WAPS for party entertainment. They were through friendly, calm and professional and made it a great day.Thank you!

Katherine Capaquira: Loving it!! Every time more so!

Verity Brean: Awesome, supportive and professional environment to learn dance and music. Would recommend for children and adults of all abilities. Staff are enthusiastic and everything is communicated clearly. As an adult student, I enjoyed the opportunity to perform and the social aspect of being a part of the WAPS family.

Ea Sulak: The company seems to be ran fully by industry professionals which reads so wonderfully when dealing with the admin side of things. All round great experience!

Angela Donlan: Love these guys! I come back to do a dance class or two every few years. Really positive teachers and a great business model where students can perform a few times a year if they want

Sarah Rutherford: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Helen Skuse: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueThe staff at WAPS are so friendly and welcoming its like a second family. They have heaps of different classes on offer for people of any age or experience

Whisky A'More: Great classes by a fun, supportive, and knowledgeable crew. Repeat customer!

Andrew Nguyen: Parking is good. Attentive teachers and friendly atmosphere. Our little princesses loved this place and their highlights every Saturday morning.

School of Rock: what do users think?

Carrie Gardner: School of Rock is fantastic and our son really loves the program.

Cat Johnson: Amazing teachers and confidence building for little ones.

Tomas Johnson: Offer great camps for school holidays to learn the basics for music and performance, my daughter goes to the rookies camps and loves it!

Jarrod Doyle: Awesome atmosphere provided for the students by awesome coaching staff!

Reece Neale: I've done 3 terms of the adult program here after coming in as a complete beginner. The program gives you confidence and teaches you how to be on a stage, which was a massive step for me. My skills are progressing and I'm currently continuing lessons as I can't do the program this term. The staff are all friendly and it's great fun. Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to pick up an instrument or just start playing again.

Wendy Voysey: . Being encouraged to step out of my comfort zone in a supportive environment has not only allowed me to experience personal growth through increased confidence, but also connect with others who share my love of music. It's exciting to see a song come together by people who may never have played an instrument or sung in front of others before, to experiencing the excitement

Patrice Mondain: It is an awesome concept to put the kids on stage and in a band... This is the school that rocks!!!

Te-Awhina Henare: School of Rock rocks.

Ben Quaife: Always fantastic, accommodating, encouraging and friendly. An awesome learning environment for my son.

Daniel Schramm: Brilliant learning system, my daughter loves the lessons and performances

Andrew Mccormack: I played 4 terms with School of Rock, starting as a complete novice on bass. I'm now playing with my own "garage" band - all thanks to the School or Rock Adults band program. If you don't mind a challenge and being thrown in the deep end, School of Rock is the quickest way to learn band craft - your instrument, locking in with the others - drums, bass, guitar, keys, vocals. And with a first gig and the end of the term to aim for... I was just amazed that I could go from nothing to playing a whole hour set within a year and a bit, and not only enjoying it but making a huge group of new mates along the way. Dom and the team at School of Rock, especially music teachers Chris, Matt and Angus, do an amazing job of getting adults into the music experience. And you get to play songs you love, and to love a whole love of new songs.

Camille tune_by_tune: I love…… the positive vibe of the school staff. the can do mind, encouragement and passion of Rookies teacher Jordan. the weekly feedback emails. My son’s keen bean attitude on drop off, 😌 and the confident happy bean when I pick him up. Thanks guys. You rock 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Australia Post - Noranda LPO: what do users think?

Tahir Javed Gujjar: !!!Friendly & Helping staff.

Kay Green: This store is amazing and the staff are fantastic. If you want to contact the store, it is best to go through the lucky charms Facebook page.I was having trouble calling the store as I was on holidays but my parcel was still here when I got back, and the ladies were very helpful and told me how to contact the store in the future.Thank you!

Celia Collinet: Lovely staff and very helpful.

S Trfsa: All the staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite post office.Edited: I have been trying to call the post office 10x for the last two days. In the end I went there and asked about their telephone. Apparently their telephone is placed at the back and the staff cant hear it when they are busy or at the front. Non sense!!! Move your telephone so people can reach you!

kaushi Jayasinghe: for being kind and patient with me.i really appreciate your work and your customer service..thank you..ive had so many bad experiences in the past with ellenbrook post office cause im an immigrant and most of the time they are really rude.but this post office is the only place that helped me out .thank you

Paul Szalla: Noranda LPO has excellent service.

Rusty Phoenix: Absolutely the best Australia Post within the Morley, Embleton area. Staff are always helpful, always smiling, and treat all their customers with respect and equality.I recommend going to this one instead of the Galleria one, period.Keep smiling and keep up the great work Noranda Australia Post!

Lynnley Fontaine: Attended at the Noranda Post Office today for the first time. Exceptional. Greeted with a smile, both officers on duty were professional, helpful, knowledgeable. We needed some documents verfied, which took some time. The officer serving us was extremely efficient, and while he was busy with us his co-worker was helping all the other customers. Each one greeted with a smile and a "can I help you" - northing was too much trouble. All in all, a delightful experience and a few of the larger Post Offices could take a lesson from the Noranda Post Office staff. In fact the whole shopping centre was a lovely experience. Well done Noranda.

T: Excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Much better than Morley post office.

Kathleen: Wonderful, happy and friendly staff.

Ke Li: This post staff could be the best teacher to teach Morley post stupid staff what is customer service

Twisted Aussie: Great little post office. On a Saturday morning there can be a bit of a wait.
