It wasn't in stock so they offered to order it in from over east, and offered alternatives in case this wasn't a viable option. A week later we ended up finding the knife before the order had arrived and they gave me a refund despite the inconvenience caused. Really appreciate the cooperation, I'll be returning for all my kitchenware needs.
