So when a customer recently mentioned some negativity on google reviews when directing them to the Limecrete display for colour selection I was somewhat bemused. I then followed up and read the reviews for myself. It seems these customers are pointing their anger at the wrong source. Your selection of an unprofessional and ill informed contractor is not the suppliers fault. Actually the fact anyone wouldnt have advised you from the start that there was going to be a significant difference in colourings is amusing in itself. This is a natural product made from stones which are mined from the earth. To expect these to be consistent is pretty crazy. Hence the reason why I always advise my customers that if they would like a finish without imperfections then they should look at alternative man made products like tiles or paving.Anyhow we install over 20,000 square metres per year of Limecrete products and having used other suppliers previously we can assure you that Limecrete DOES in fact offer excellent customer service along with a quality bespoke product which has been at the forefront of developing new mixes and styles for us to complete Perth homes with.We will continue to support this local family owned company.
