He is the Superman of the floor industry and knows exactly how to treat people. he knows your needs and he bends to satisfy, what your dream floor is going to be .He works with another amazing person ,Jeremy , who comes out to meet you and gives you advice . You may think Im related , no I'm not , but this company went above and beyond and needs to be recognised .I went with Engineered wood and Im extremely happy see photos .

Ay Ay Ron: Subiaco restoration is a lovely place to get some composite decking and other materials, with a very wide range of selection to choose from, followed with even better staff, Naomi was assisting me with my quote for some new Tek wood, Naomi is very kind, helpful and insightful and was able to stay patient with me to give me the best results. A+
Allister Caird: I have completed a number of projects now using the products and expertise of subi resto. I have always been really impressed with the knowledge of the staff, extensive range and timely + flexible delivery. We have been renovating a 1930s Californian bungalow and have always been pleasantly surprised to find exact matches for board widths and interior trims. Subi resto is a must visit for all renovations and new builds.

We ordered all the composite decking, subframe timber and balustrades from the one spot at a great price. It was delivered the next week on time and the install has just finished.
