Ashleigh Carlyle: We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth for a week in the Premier River View Room and had THE BEST HOTEL experience we've ever had!After checking in and out of another horrible hotel within hours of relocating to Perth, we quickly made the decision to move to the Pan Pacific Perth and were so glad we did. Best decision ever! After hours of travelling and little sleep, friendly concierge gentlemen greeted us as soon as we arrived and took our bags straight to our room for us. Reception staff were the loveliest and so helpful. We had no idea that staff had observed that we had brought our dinner from the previous hotel with us and arranged for a microwave to be installed in our room by the time we made it up the elevator and to our room that it was ready and waiting for us with cutlery laid out ready to eat our dinner. Service that WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and to be honest brought us to tears after the ordeal we'd had. The hotel room itself was newly renovated with the highest quality finishings and was THE BEST LAID OUT HOTEL ROOM we've ever seen. Everything about it was amazing! The bed OMG to die for. The bathroom, AMAZING! It's not every day you find a hotel with ample and I mean ample bench space. Not to mention the thoughtfully placed charging plugs and lighting, beautiful bathroom products and personal doorbell. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and it was the highlight of our stay by far. Everything you could imagine wanting to eat for breakfast was available including an onsite chef ready and waiting to cook your personalised egg choices. If we had to give any feedback about this hotel the only thing we can think of would be to include better options for vegetarians/dietary requirements on their room service menu but this is a very minor detail compared to their other offerings. Beautiful facilities that are CLEAN AND SO FRESH, staff that are accommodating and so friendly that they feel like family, the best bed and linen you'll ever sleep on, a heavenly scent wafting throughout the hotel all within walking distance of the city and river. It's safe to say we will definitely be back and will be recommending everyone experiences the Pan Pacific Perth.
