Beck Bogdan: Went in with a broken lock.Staff were friendly. I was surprised when they were able to fix on the spot.
Pavel Saj: Came with a luggage damaged by airlines. Staff was so helpful that they arranged an easy fix on the spot saving me another trip from Mandurah.Dealt with this shop several times and found the staff always very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.

However, it has most of the major brands of fashion and travel essentials. This is one of the two Stores which I was able to buy the beautiful and practical Samsonite suitcases. The click and collect service is fast and efficient. The item picked was in good quality. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant shopping experience at the Claremont Quarter David Jones.

Pay It Forward: Not much has changed here over the years. That’s a good thing really. You know exactly where to go when buying what you need. The staff are always amazing here.I always wait for sales though here. If a pair of shoes are normally $234 dollars and they come on sale at and you can walk out with that same pair for $130 if you wait for a predicable “Father’s Day” “Mother’s Day” “EOFY” Christmas Day… whatever… why would you pay double? It’s not that I don’t have the money, it’s the principle. Anyway, yep, great place, 5 stars from me.

Shan “Shanni” Hazelgrave: The store itself is fine, the majority of the staff are lovely. The children's wear leaves a lot to be desired, though. The ladies in the beauty department are lovely. It's unfortunate that it's pretty bare, though. It's hard to shop when there's not much out to view.
Andreas Holler: This is a very sophisticated shop and offers a wide range in clothing , shoes, kitchen accessories etc. Unfortunately it is a little on the high side for prizes. Staff is a little on the short side and sometimes one just cannot find what one wants. Their sales are still offering not great discounts.
Lee Beetson: Tried on shoes. The lady who served me was delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. She had exactly the right personality for customer service.
