After making numerous attempts to get a tradie come to fix split ceiling in the lounge room and not turning up I contacted Modus Property Maintenance. Sure enough job completed to a very high standard and tradies who did an amazing job of cleaning up. Changing layouts to achieve your dream oasis is a challenging process, but John and the tradies who came in were very professional, approachable and ensured everything flowed smoothly. While we had to compromise on a few ideals, retrofitting doesn’t always go the way you want or fit into the budget you have, we were always treated with respect, questions answered, and alternatives suggested.
