Throughout his childhood, Chris's grandparents owned a range of farms with emphasis on bringing together friends and family over fine food. Chris’s mother and father opened the first ramen bar in Australia and have owned an array of business in the industry ever since, which in turn inspired him to sample different cuisines and travel the world as he was growing up.

Chris spent a large portion of his career working at the Hilton in New York, Sydney and Hilton Nagoya in Japan. During his time at Hilton, Chris worked his way up to Executive Chef.

It wasn’t until 2019 where Chris and his family returned home to Sydney and from there the opportunity at Crown brought him to Perth all in the same year. Chris now oversees a range of venues, including Perth’s finest buffet – Atrium Buffet.

Born in the South-East of India, Mohammed Musaddiq dreamed of being as chef as far back as he can remember. Mohammed was passionate about exploring culture and cuisine, and in 2006 he set off to Australasia to begin his journey.

Since then, Mohammed has travelled and lived in every major city in the country, working at establishments such as Flemington Racecourse as well as the esteemed Hilton and Double Tree across Sydney, Alice Springs, Adelaide, Cairns, Brisbane, Melbourne, Darwin and Perth.

Beginning his Crown Perth career in 2020 as Chef de Cuisine at Market & Co, Mohammed now leads the large team at Atrium Buffet, and is excited every day by the challenges that this venue brings him.
