The Cooking Professor helps you to rediscover the joys of cooking in our fun, interactive learning environment at our culinary school in Perth! We provide amateur and professional cooking classes and cooking workshops for adults, kids and corporate groups, as well as amazing long table dinner events where you just sit back and enjoy our cooking with no effort required. When you join one of our cooking classes, you join a small team of 14 people, cooking together as a ‘team effort’ a complete meal of 5-6 dishes in a fun & socialising environment where each small team of 2-3 people focuses on making a different dish under the guidance of our experienced instructor. After preparing your dish and learning other new recipes, we all sit down to share the food in a massive feast!

Our cooking workshops have a different format, as you join a team of 18 people, divided to 9 pairs where each pair will cook the same 2-3 dishes in a fun & socialising environment under the guidance of our experienced instructor. After preparing your dishes and learning other new recipes, we will all sit down to enjoy the dishes of our own making!

We also cater to groups with our Corporate and Private Events – just ask!

The farmhouse is my father's old school in Ripalimosani, Campobasso Italy. The property is owned by family and we continue to visit each year we return. It holds a special place in my heart and is filled with memories of many 'belle feste' and fun times!
