Ryan was so welcoming, engaging and fun. We learnt so many great techniques to help in day to day food prep and cooking. We met some lovely people and we all made an amazing banquet of food together that we enjoyed around a long table. Such a fantastic experience that we’d love to do again. Highly recommend.

Katarina Zerzan: I've participated on Korean cooking class and it was brilliant. I wanted to learn how to make some of the sauces from scratch and the class delivered exactly that. Kym our cooking teacher was vibrant, fun and it was easy to follow her steps. I can only recommend to join one of the classes based on your preference, you will enjoy it for sure. Last but not least we had a feast at the end of the class and the food was simply delicious.

Kobie Combrink: We had a fabulous morning with delicious food. Will definitely book again, hoping for more weekend classes. Received some very good tips.

Mick ONeill: I received a voucher from my son and daughter for my birthday so I thought that I would use it for the Gnocchi and Risotto cooking class. Our chef was Dan and he was a welcoming, knowledgeable and very funny host. The class is very much hands on and Dan circulates giving you advice and direction where necessary. All of the class attendees got into the spirit of the session and we were soon chatting whilst making our part of the dinner courses. The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever tasted, as was the risotto. It was a great cooking lesson with nice people managed by the irrepressible Dan!!

Lisa Haydon: We were seated at a table of 10 amongst people we didn't know but the experience was so fun, chatted the night away to the lovely table. The food felt endless and was amazing! The starters of fresh liver pate was the absolute best we've ever tasted we couldn't stop eating it and felt such a waste to leave even a drop behind - heaven!The french onion soup was to die for - one to remember. We scoffed down our starters and entrees barely leaving any room for the main but how could we not eat the beautiful coq vin and vegetables - everything was so morish!Atmosphere was spot on and Rikki the chef came out to say hi to everyone and I thought that was a very nice touch. Will recommend this experience and now I'd love to return for another!

Learnt not only about sushi, but Kyoko informed us of the traditions and history behind the food. You can't ask for a better teacher, kind, patient and very informative. Explains the why's behind the processes, not just the steps themselves. Sensational experience and sensational food,definitely worth a visit. Will be back for more classes!!!

She gave me heaps of information on how to cook with soy and mirin and I can't wait to try things for myself. Will be going back for more in the near future. Bali Asli Restaurant: My Sister and I joined The "Discovery Puglia Experience" In October 2023. The group was small only 10 of us, to keep it intermit enough, enabling our amazing host and guide Nico Moretti to give it a personal touch. Nico's Character and amazing knowledge to all things foodie in Italy, made for the perfect recipe in creating an amazing experience. We explored the old city streets , nibbling on street delicacies along the way! He took us to places off the tourist trodden track to dine and drink delicious meals. The tour offered plenty of options too, so when we needed a little down time we could relax.Highly recommended

ben nash: Great fun class that was super personal, Both Nico and Belinda were amazing hosts super knowledgeable good fun to chat to the best part Nico would teach as much or as little as each individual would like to learn so you could easily learn as much as you wanted or just have a good fun laugh with a wine or two.

Nicola Irish: Nico and Belinda are the perfect, calm hosts - classes are relaxed and delicious and most importantly, you leave with a heap of cooking knowledge and handy hints. Nico’s cook books are my favourites, especially when using the Thermomix. Really enjoy meeting a variety of people around the kitchen bench along with my immediate friends. Can’t recommend Urban Provider Cooking school enough!

Nicole Stewart: Wow what an awesome morning spent at Ayarah learning how to create the most divine vegan Indian dishes!The setting is stunning and Raya has the most beautiful way of teaching everyone in a relaxed but instructive manner. The recipes were easy to follow and duplicate at home. I’m so inspired by this class, I’m keen to book into all Raya’s classes! And even more inspired to become totally plant based.Met some really lovely people too!Can’t wait for the next class.

Encore Pilates: Such a beautiful, nourishing way to spend a Sunday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed the Thai fusion course yesterday. It is so lovely to escape to the hills and enjoy delicious food. Raya is welcoming, professional and inspiring, she effortlessly guided us though our cooking experience. We can’t wait to attend another course very soon! Thank you Raya for providing the highlight of our weekend!
