Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit.

This is a wonderful martial arts centre and I highly recommend it! My son commenced training with Colin, Sam & the wider team back in 2016 when he was 6 years old. He is now 8.5 years, absolutely LOVES going to training sessions and is super passionate about becoming a black belt in the years to come! His instructors are fabulous and instil some many positive values into their students. Our son has always had a shy and quite passive demeanour and it warms our hearts to see how much his confidence & self-esteem have increased during the last 2 years. For this alone, we cannot thank the staff at JMA enough!

Both our girls (5) my partner and myself have been training with JMA for some 8 mths now. We couldn't have picked a better place to train if we tried. The young instructors are a credit to JMA, such great role models to our girls. We all know how important it is to have great role models outside of the family home, and we have definitely found them here. I'm 47 but the senior instructors have made me feel at home, everyone takes the time to teach me 1:1 when required-something you won't get else where. Attended a session today. This is a superb total body workout that you can do either at your own pace or push it to the limit. Did I also mention, “serious fun” too! I’ll be back. The trainers are awesome, friendly and really know their stuff.

My boy has been going to IGKS Willetton for years. He started when he was 4. It really brought him out of his shell and gave him so much confidence. The teachers are amazing with the kids.
