Perth Zoo: what do users think?

Iver Pangan: Went with my class here in the morning took a bunch of photos with statues and the animals. Really nice place to stay. I also support that they try to make the environment as realistic as possible for the animals. Food and drinks were expensive.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Feona Jaxon: Great new enclosures, huge cafe, surrounded by lush lawns, pop-up food venues, super dooper playground, and a misting ring to run under on those hot days, underground play tunnels and more and a few tourist shops. You need an early start to take in all that's there.Closes at 5 pmHonestly, I'd suggest 2 days to see it all.A annual pass is cheaper.Concessions apply to if you qualify.2 ppl can go on one pass.Go to website for details.Well worth it.

Abbey Locke: Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure

R S: Very beautifully maintained plant and tree life looks like a rainforest inside. The african savannah is great. I'm very disappointed in a lot of other enclosures as you just can't see the animals especially when you pay that much. The new cafe is great with an amazing playground and grass areas for picnics. The Australian bush walks a bit too big and should be reduced to make room for animals we don't see here.

Andrew Clarke: Great place to go with family and grat experience for all only down side is prices ... think it is a tad priceyVisited on Weekend Wait time 10–30 min Reservation recommended Yes …

Thelma Crisp: A beautiful space to wander around. Great enclosures and care for the animals. The grandkids live going to the zoo!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

David Beverley: Great walk around Perth CBD and the Swan River walkway approximately 15 kilometres, some bars and food along the way, we took the water taxi from Mendes Street walf on the otherside of the river, that has a great restaurant, Max Walkers, worth a look see, the boats leave every 15 minutes and a day ticket is just under $11.00.Visited on Weekend Wait time 10–30 min Reservation recommended No …

Mount Claremont Farmers’ Market: what do users think?

Martin Roberts: Lots of great atmosphere, the local veggies are very fresh and not expensive, plus there are lots of other interesting stalls

Clara G: Great market - great quality produce and a really lovely vibe! Go there, have a bite to eat and buy some fresh produce - lovely way to spend a Saturday morning!

Lasse Sørensen: Mount Claremont Farmers Market is on every Saturday, with a short break somewhere around Christmas time, check their FB for details. It's a great market, not too big, not too small, just right. A wealth of fresh produce, coffees, teas, veggies, and fresh meats as well.It never disappoints, and all the proceeds from running the market, such as donations from parking, stall hire etc. go to support the students at the Mount Claremont Primary School. Of course I am biased, but this is an amazing school, the most inclusive of primary schools I have ever encountered, and the teachers are next level, and genuinely love what they do.

Barry Redhead: My wife and I love Mount Claremont Farmers Market, great atmosphere, friendly people, a great cup of coffee and Pete makes the best Bacon and egg rolls.

Mongo Grungus: Lots of fun to wander around. High quality produce, reasonably priced and great atmosphere.

Panna Metta: The number of stalls here is slightly lesser than the Subi Farmers Market. It is more spacious here as the farmers market is located within a school. It is about 20 minutes walk from the nearest train station. This Farmers Market has a slightly different variety from Subi Farmers Markets. Less produce is sold here.

Benjamin Smith: Great little farmers market. Beautiful produce, better and cheaper than the supermarket. Open every Saturday. Gold coin donation to parking supports the local primary school, which is a bonus.

Nicolas Hand: Nice friendly local farmers market with hot food, coffee, usually more than two fruit & veg stalls, fish and meat, bread and lots more. Great atmosphere

Kaige Silcock (Mozart): Good markets

Saroja balamurugan: Amazing fruit and nut loaf and sourdough! The cinnamon scrolls definitely hit among kids.Chicken curry puff is best in town. Very authentic indian curry taste and excellent portion for the price. The filling is so generous yet make you crave for more. Worth trying!

Melanie Hardie: Great market with great products

Donna: , decent coffee, gorgeous products, live music and amazing human beings.Enjoy with family, friends or even solo.

Z V: A must-visit destination during your time in Perth/Fremantle is the Tunnels Tour. Highly recommended for its thrilling adventure, it allows you to descend 17m into the tunnels beneath the Prison, exploring on foot and by boat. The tour team exhibits utmost professionalism, ensuring your safety with precision. Our guide, Sam, delivered an exceptional experience, blending expertise with approachability.Additionally, we opted for the Behind Bars tour for an extra $10, a discounted price if you purchase tickets to the Tunnel Tour.Sylvia, our guide for this tour, impressed us with her knowledge and thoroughness and humour. Our time at Fremantle Prison was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks to these outstanding tours, customer service and experiences.Bonus tip is to visit the Round House in Fremantle as it is an important of the criminal history in Fremantle. It is run by volunteers, only a gold coin donation and about a ten minute walk from the Prison and there are beautiful views looking out on the water.
