Royal Perth Hospital: what do users think?

Yosef Begic: I was scarred coming in here but the experience was excellent.Arriving to the ER with loads of people looking to urgent attention and I was seen in a very reasonable time. The trauma team jumped straight into action and created a plan while keeping me well informed. The registered nurse was exceptional, working in a very busy environment.I was transferred late in the evening to the trauma ward and was concerned that I was going to get lost in the numbers but this wasn’t the case. Very early in the day the nursing team attended to me and my fellow patients with care, compassion and empathy. I was given a plan for the day and what needed to happen for next steps. With three hours I was seen by the doctor, physio, OT and welfare teams.I was fed, warm, and informed the whole way through.I had always preferred to go through the private sector but after this experience, I have changed my mind. What a team!Thank you Royal Perth team. I hope to never need to see you again but very pleased to have met you all.

Cyrus Todd: Received prompt, friendly and honest service from everyone I dealt with after a small incident. Big thanks to Kitty for patching me up quick and well

Linsu: Excellent service and care

Ramy Shaalan: Best nurse service ever! and very friendly service!

Osborne Park Hospital: what do users think?

Alyce Won: Can't fault the care I received from the midwife team at OPH. They were all caring, empathetic, and respectful by nature. I was always heard, and my needs were accommodated by a team that went above and beyond during my birth journey - my most vulnerable time. Special thanks to Emily, Amy, Genevieve and many other midwives present throughout my journey, whom I did not get the chance to know their names. I am eternally grateful. On another note, it would be great if a staff canteen could be opened to cater to onsite staff where they don't need to bring their own meals.

Peter Jamieson: Very Good. Nice People.

norah kiruja: I gave birth to my twin babies in January 2024 and my experience with the team through out my pregnancy was exceptional. Thankful and grateful for all the support 😊

Kris Barton: Great hospital great staff five stars all day long friendly helpful and above and beyond any hospital I’ve ever been to Joondalup should take some pointers from this hospital it’s like going from the Wild West to paradise .

Mansoor Manu: Two days ago, my wife delivered our first baby at Osborne Park Hospital, and the experience was exceptional. Despite being overseas visitors, the anxiety was alleviated by the incredible support from the dedicated midwives and doctors. They provided excellent care, checking on both my wife and our newborn regularly, even amidst a bustling schedule. We highly recommend this hospital, especially for mothers with low-risk pregnancies.

J Taylor: My father was admitted as a stroke patient and the care he had received is truly THE best. He had stayed in both public and private hospitals before and they're no match to the high quality service provided by this hospital. The team also did a fantastic job at keeping family members informed about his progress, especially Mel. Thanks Mel! The transition from hospital stay to home was seamless. They took great steps to ensure that he doesn't have another fall. Finally, my father has been discharged from the hospital for only 2 days and he has already 2 home visits, with more to come. Many thanks Virginia, Yvonne, and Geraldine. All of you deserve top awards for your excellent services!

Ron Howe: Had a total hip replacement here 6 weeks ago and I have to say from pre op visits, surgery and hospital stay through to post op rehabilitation the staff here do an amazing job I would highly recommend to anyone having surgery here.

Sudish Kc: Thanks all team members for welcoming safe and healthy delivery of my baby girl in this hospital. Midwives are amazing here.

Zara Cowley: As a very nervous patient, I cannot recommend the antenatal department highly enough. I felt so well cared for and completely respected by each and every member of staff, after suffering with trauma from a previous birth in a different hospital. I had a few complications with this pregnancy towards the end, so was in the hospital nearly every second day being monitored and I felt reassured I was in the safest of hands. I cannot thank the amazing staff enough. I ended up giving birth at King Edwards due to complications, and also had a great experience there.

Bozzauto Bozza: Best kind service. Nurses and crew where seriously kind . Love it

Dj: I had very pleasant experience, it was my first colonoscapy, the staff were incredible and very knowledgeable which made the whole thing fly by. Big thankyou to Dr Pham and Nurse Edeta.

Christie Lawrence: Brooke and Addler from B Block radiology were two of the most caring and supportive health workers I’ve ever met. I came in for a HSG and they immediately made me feel at ease and helped me relax during my procedure. I got sick at the end and they provided me the utmost care.Thank you again for such a great experience and your support.Kind regards, Christie Lawrence

One nurse there Jackie needs to learn how to respect patients and treat them with some empathy. Thank you to the beautiful lady today, Cath down in Pathology for helping me get to Radiology. She went out of her way, bless you. Keep up the good work.

Kylie Ingram: Just wanted to give a massive thankyou to Midland hospital. Hubby had some issues with heart early Friday morning.Arrived at Midland A &E around 3.30amIt was busy as always, however reception ladies were fabulous. Caring and professional they had hubby wired up and monitoring him with no fuss.We were in triage for a few hours before getting moved to recuss area. All of this time he was being cared for and staff were wonderful. He was admitted over night and medication given to him to get the blood pressure up and heart rate down. Ward 3C, Irine Was lovely, as were all the staff who looked after him.We just wanted to say thankyou! You all do an awesome job, and sometimes it must seem a thankless job. Prita Prawironoto: First time to ER at SCGH, husband had aortic aneurysm. We're so thankful for the SCGH team for their impeccable effort and high level of care and professionalism for his treatment during and after the surgery. Been to their emergencies 3 times now and their service is still top notch. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to caring our health

Ian Wooldridge: The doctors, nurses and staff are truly wonderful. I was in a very bad state when I arrived via ambulance to emergency. I had collapsed at my mothers place after just arriving from Queensland. I must thank the ambulance medics as I was level 3, non responsive and they brought me back. Then the hospital staff took over and I was feeling pretty good the next day until I became very ill and the wonderful doctors and nurses saved me again, and to hear " Ian, you are going to live " from the most professional, wonderful doctor brought me to tears. They kept me there for a week, had every test, they didn't send me home until they were positive I was good to go. No stone was left unturned to find what happened to me. To be given my life back by these wonderful people, I just cannot thank them enough, and so does my 100 y.o. mother. Thank You againIan Wooldridge

Rizal Farok: very easy to get to from the Perth City via public transport. insides are very well maintained

Jamie STEPHENS: 5 stars for me as I was not having a baby ya lol. I was born here, my son was born here. It seems to be doing what it was built for. The Stork to many parents

Twisted Silence: The midwives here are in a league of their own. So compassionate, really know how to make someone feel safe and in really top notch hands. Thankyou to all the birthing team, you guys rock. Would give twice the stars if google would let me. Bless you all.

lauren day: I recently was taken in through ED and ended up on Ward 6 and I couldn't fault the hospital at all. All the nurses, doctors and imaging staff were wonderful. I am very grateful for the care and kindness I received during my stay. For what was already an emotionally taxing time, their care made it all the more easier.

gingersnaps.: I’ve had a wonderfully pleasant experience in Ward 6.was admitted for surgery for a vulvar hematoma and since arrival I have been treated so kindly.I have never experienced such in a hospital before.I was quickly brought through from emergency into a bed and the nurses that have been dealing with me have all been beautiful, caring people who don’t judge and have only ever treated me with care and respect.I cannot appreciate you all enough! they were all exceptionally considerate and empathetic, very easy to get along with.I wish I could name them all, but my memory is awful 😅I was in another hospital a month ago and the treatment there was completely different and left me feeling a bit traumatised. I was initially very anxious about coming into ED again but everyone I’ve encountered has made this a lovely experience.Considering the location of my injury I was very nervous but everyone has made me feel so comfortable here.Yes the wait times can be long but that’s standard for any hospital IMO. I was able to manage my pain effectively while waiting for a treatment plan and they were helpful every step of the way.I really admire those who are able to do such a traumatic job and still maintain their empathy and compassion; these nurses and doctors haven’t strayed from that in the slightest.I appreciate you guys so much and thank you for looking after me and apology’s if I’ve repeated myself here.

Lelitia dehar: but love to you all I'm forever greatful to all who I met and received care from. 100 stars 🌟 🤩

Cristina Costache: Thank you King Eddie for an amazing birth experience. Without the help of the amazing midwife’s and doctors we wouldn’t be able to experience such smoothly process which all resulted in a natural birth and a speedy recovery. You offered us safety, care and most of all an excellent experience we will never forget.

Maddy Davidson: I could not have gotten through this past week without the help of the staff from KEMH from the Social Work Team, the Midwives and Doctors in the WANDAS Clinic and the Midwives I had on Ward 5 they are all amazing people and I could not picture having the support and care I have received from them at any other hospital I feel blessed to have had all 3 of my children born there and especially my newborn baby!!

You are not just a number to these people. As soon as I arrived administration staff came up to me, so bloody friendly & the nurses I am very pleased to say were all elegantly mature ladies. Anne Barham: Amazing staff so helpful, caring ensuring that all my needs have been met. They were very kind and professional during my long admission. I was admitted for rehabilitation and the Physio and O.T. Extremely positive in helping guide me throughout my journey of recovery. They played a imperative part in exercising and strengthening my body, making sure my home was setup as best as possible, resolving issues around our staircase’s until my injury has healed,. Throughout my admission I believe the volunteers certainly need to be mentioned and Praised as they play a large part in chatting with patients. listening to what you want to say.The amazing food trolley service a special employee a lady called Dellia she is such a Humble, caring and kind lady, who never forgot how you have your cuppa. She’s always a true delight smiling and assisting in anyway fabulous at her job and loving it. Could you Please let her be aware of my appreciationI didn’t do a 5 star rating due to the problems with internet service. I asked for help incase I was at fault? Too be told due to the amount of problems they are faced with and trying to sort out. Initially the Sandlewood ward was a radiographer clinic prior to renovations. Also the hospital is situated in a dip causing lots of problems for the connections. Told there was 18 extra stations which we could access and not charged. When checking my T.V I could locate 2 channels in black and white and unable to get service for the rest. Apparently we could go outside in front of building as the service is better. Not all patients are able to do this. Unfortunately I had to hotspot my phone and laptop to use. This was a very expensive service as I used all my data allowance in less than a week! I was charged bye my provider and I was blown away with this cost.I believe once this is sorted your ratings will go up.I think you should not advocate that you have limited fox type stations and advert people about costs you will be paying by hot spotting your phone etc.

Ann Harrison: Lovely place ad beautiful staff

Barry Ellis: My wife has spent a lot of time in hospitals in the last year and Glengarry is one of the very best. The nurses, doctors physios an support staff are all helpful, friendly and considerate. The care is second to none

I do humbly, appreciate all you have done.Is there a finance department that i can contact about the refund for the last day that I didn't stay? With all my love, appreciation and best wishes, you guys are all stars 💐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏆🏅

Lorna Sloot: I cannot thank the wonderful team enough for the care and help they provided! The midwives were so lovely and gave us the best experience welcoming our first baby into the world!

Jorge & Anabela De Abreu: My son had surgery there today and I asked him to rate his experience upon departure. First ever hospital experience that he can remember anyway. Rating was … 10! Personally, from the moment we walked through the doors, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and were attended to immediately. Admission time, probably 2 minutes. Going up to level 1, we were escorted by the lovely Andrea. Handover was fantastic. He was taken away and was very well looked after by a number of staff. When he returned from theatre, again, nurses constantly checking on his well being. Offered my husband and me the use of their interior lounge while we waited, with refreshments as required. Soon after, took us to see him and wait with him while he recovered from the anaesthetic. Anaesthetist - superb. Surgeon - superb. Nurses and support staff - superb. Cleanliness - superb. Friendliness and care - superb. Highly recommend the hospital. Thank you!

Christina: Rehab after breaking a hip , physio was hard at first but staff very patient, Care staff Awesome

Peter Young: I was admitted by ambulance to Joodalup hospital ED and then spent the night in a ward.Today I decided to send a review but read existing reviews first.I understand that reviews are not the complete picture but it does look like something is wrong and I can only submit my experience.I found the doctors and nurses excellent . I could not fault the service and the standard of care I received. Armadale Health Service: what do users think?

melissa severinsen: Hands down my favourite hospital in wa. I had my youngest daughter here and the ladies up in maternity were absolutely fantastic everything went smoothly even tho I had a high risk pregnancy. And yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with doctor Amy in emergency as well as all the absolute wonderful caring nurses and orderlies. Doctor Amy was so informative and caring and made me feel at ease instantly she treated me like a person listened to what I thought maybe could be the cause of my symptoms and didn’t just treat me like a number. And she kept me in the loop with what ever she was gunna do and got to the bottom of what brought me in.especially after I had been discharged from midland hospital 1 day earlier. And they had Treated me just like a number and basically palmed of because I was a difficult case to diagnose. I used to live in southern river so Armadale was my closest hospital. but I moved and now I live in aveley so midland is now my closest. But I will for now on be driving the 40 minutes to Armadale. If I could give Armadale more stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Linda Gair: I was admitted Saturday afternoon and discharged late this after noon Wednesday.I truly would like to say to all the staff at Armadale Kelmscott Hospital what a wonderful hospital you all are. From Doctors , Nurses, blood people , Pharmacy , cleaners and those who serve your food what a team treated with the utmost respect and help.My doctors well you were amazing from Emergency to the wards had so many specialists etc coming to explain to me they make it seem easy which I am sure it is not.Compared to other public hospitals this is the tops thanks once again Linda Gair.

Pauline Farman: Well he was outstanding and was so thorough and left no stone unturned I will always be grateful of how they cared for me !! The nurses was equally as caring and kind !!Thankyou so much to everyone you know who you are from Pauline Farman

Carls Greenham: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We came to the maternity unit after noticing our little boy was looking slightly jaundice. A lady called Jill looked after us and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to our concerns and also helped us with a more suitable latch technique for our baby! She shared so much knowledge and helped put us at ease with all of her helpful advice! The other staff on the ward also greeted us and made us feel welcome. It was such a great experience for us as first time parents! 5 stars from us for the maternity unit!

Rebecca Travers: Went to all of my prenatal maternity appointments here which all went well, and gave birth to my daughter in this hospital at the start of 2020 via unplanned c-section. Honestly couldn’t fault the hospital or staff. Also attended Emergency a couple of times for non life threatening reasons and had pretty good outcomes. Think it’s actually a well run, well organised hospital with pleasant staff.

Tori Barber: I couldn’t recommend Armadale more. Unfortunately I’ve had 2 emergency C-sections with them. But the care during and after has been incredible.Last week, a trip to the emergency department and children’s ward with my 3 week old with covid, was so supportive and informative.Side note the food has always been great too! Great service all around!

Cheryle Flynn: Staff excellent..Cannot fault them..
