Creative Kids Art Club - Award winning art classes for kids

Do you want your kids to have fun, learn how to problem-solve, and increase their social skills while learning to draw, paint and make things? Creative Kids Art Club offers after-school art and craft activities at multiple locations in Perth, Western Australia. Our emphasis is on having fun, learning some art skills and trying new things.

Our team of experienced art teachers encourage kids to develop their creativity, trying out everything from painting, drawing, collage, and sewing, to sculpture, clay work, print-making and more. Our program changes every term, and classes are designed to enhance children’s natural abilities to see elements such as line, shape, colour and composition.

All materials provided, plus an art apron for each child to use

Parents don't stay for the class, head to a coffee shop and relax!

Student, Lovell won the 13th NKHC International Children's Drawing Contest in 2021 with a drawing created in class. We have winners from the Shaun Tan Art Award and students accepted into specialist high school art programs with works created in our classes.

We were awarded Most Creative Business in the 2018 Belmont and WA Small Business Awards in recognition of our outstanding contribution in business excellence. We were a finalist in 2019 in the small business awards. We have also been awarded Active Activities top 25 Most Popular activity every year, from 2021 to 2015.

4worldlovers: If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to paint but don’t know where to start, or have been too afraid to try, then Perth Artist Workshops have an easy introduction. I am Jackie Peach and my passion is to inspire you to paint. I am an award winning artist, a teacher and a painter with a passion to demonstrate to people how easy it is to commence the journey to become a hobby artist. Painting is not only great fun but also a very effective tool to alleviate anxiety and depression.


This is why I developed Perth Artist Workshops – to teach my paint pouring technique to beginners and also experienced painters who are looking for inspiration and painting methods that are fresh and fun. The paint pouring technique I demonstrate in the beginners paint pouring workshops takes the stress out of putting that first mark on the blank canvas. From beginners through to experienced painters it’s impossible to make a mistake, as I will guide you step by step through the process and before you know it you will be painting your very own art works on canvas that you will be proud to show the world!
