In 2020 Intuitive Reiki chose to innovate and take all of our popular Intuitive Reiki workshops into a virtual training room and we are now proud to offer the choice of learning face to face online via zoom or in-person in-room.

Although Reiki is a hands-on practice, Lisa and her team found a way to take their support and courses online so that people could still access the support of Reiki when they needed it most, in a time of stress and overwhelm. They also went as far as making sure national accrediting bodies still endorsed their programs so that students felt confident continuing their study with IRI. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes the body’s natural healing ability. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. This “life force energy” is what causes us to be alive.

It is thought that if one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki energy relaxes the body, mind and spirit which places the body in the best possible position to “heal” itself

Reiki Energy Healing is a simple technique that is non invasive. It gently balances a person’s life energies, allowing the body’s innate intelligence to bring well-being and good health to the individual. This very gentle energy works the physical, emotional and psychic body.

I practice and teach Tera-Mai Reiki Seichem. These energy sessions and initiations include the Earth elemental energy (Reiki) as well as the other 3 elements – Sakara (fire), Sophi-El (water) and Angeliclight (air).
